[ ] NC drill data; PTH/NPTH identified; drill spans for applicable designs
[ ] Fabrication drawing with material, thickness, copper, finish and tolerances
[ ] Layer order and stackup
[ ] Controlled impedance targets, tolerance, layers/nets and report requirements
[ ] Via fill/cap, slots, cutouts, edge contacts or other special features
[ ] Panel requirements
[ ] Acceptance requirements and requested inspection/test records
[ ] IPC-D-356 netlist if available

Additional assembly package
[ ] BOM: manufacturer part numbers, designators, quantities, DNP items
[ ] Pick-and-place/CPL: coordinates, rotations, board side and origin
[ ] Assembly drawings: orientation, polarity and special instructions
[ ] Sourcing scope and approved alternatives
[ ] Firmware and programming instructions/version if required
[ ] Test procedure, power conditions, interfaces and pass/fail criteria
[ ] Fixtures, loads or interface equipment requirements
