Our products range from double-sided to 30-layer PCBs, including standard boards, mid-to-high TG boards, flexible PCBs, rigid-flex PCBs, metal-core PCBs, thick copper PCBs, high-frequency PCBs (Rogers, F4BM, PTFE, etc.), ultra-thin boards, ultra-thick boards, halogen-free boards, and more.

Special PCB processes include half-hole, bonding, impedance control, metal edging, resin plugging, blue glue, carbon ink, gold fingers, blind milling, blind and buried vias, countersunk holes, and more. Available surface finishes include ENIG (immersion gold), HASL (hot air solder leveling), OSP (organic solderability preservative), electroless nickel/immersion palladium/immersion gold (ENEPIG), thick gold plating, gold fingers, immersion silver, immersion tin, and ENIG+OSP.
