our 6- p process

Provide

Customers are required to submit their PCB design files and a detailed BOM list, which should include part placement and silkscreen positions on the PCB boards.

Pricing

Our engineer will check the PCB file and bom list ,sourcing every components price, it will take 1-2 days for parts price. if customer offer the parts, we will quote in 20 mins.

Payment

After price confirmation, customers will place an order and proceed with payment. Established customers may opt for a net payment term of 15-30 days.

Posting

Once the boards are ready and have passed quality checks, they are shipped to the customer using DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, or sea freight, depending on customer preference.

Produce

The PCB production process takes about 3-5 days, followed by a component procurement phase lasting an additional 3-10 days. After production, boards undergo a quality inspection before assembly.

Procurement

Our engineer will check the PCB file and make the PCB working data, meanwhile we will inspect all the components are correctly in the bom list.
