Pre-Bake (if needed)
Boards are baked to remove residual moisture before sealing, following IPC/JEDEC guidelines.
ESD Bagging
Each board or panel is placed into a sealed ESD shielding bag with desiccant and humidity indicator.
Vacuum Sealing
The bag is vacuum-sealed to eliminate air and moisture, extending shelf life and preventing oxidation.
Protective Wrapping
Vacuum-packed boards are wrapped with anti-static bubble wrap and surrounded by foam cushioning.
Outer Boxing & Labeling
Everything is placed in a strong outer carton or crate with clear labels, packing list, and shipping marks.
