As a leading pcb factory, we have successively imported world-class modern production and testing equipment, as well as various software, from countries and regions such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Israel, Italy, and Taiwan. We are a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the production and development of double-sided and high-layer-count precision PCBs, quick-turn PCBs, and special PCBs. We offer one-stop services for quick samples, small to medium batches, and large-volume production to our customers.

Our rigid PCB manufacturing supports up to 30 copper layers. See our Rigid PCB Capability table for mass-production and prototype limits. Flexible, rigid-flex, and metal-core boards follow their own capability tables. Materials, copper weight, via structures, and the final stackup are reviewed for each project.

Special PCB processes include half-hole, bonding, impedance control, metal edging, resin plugging, blue glue, carbon ink, gold fingers, blind milling, blind and buried vias, countersunk holes, and more. Available surface finishes include ENIG (immersion gold), HASL (hot air solder leveling), OSP (organic solderability preservative), electroless nickel/immersion palladium/immersion gold (ENEPIG), thick gold plating, gold fingers, immersion silver, immersion tin, and ENIG+OSP.

WORKSHOP

Our PCB factory is fully equipped, and we warmly welcome you to visit our facility in person.

1. Automatic Cutting Material ：Cutting The Material Which Fit The Machine, It Is Easy To Make Drilling And Circuit On The PCB Boards.

2. Automatic Drilling Holes High Precision Drilling Machine, Positioning Accuracy ±0.05mm, Self-Drilling Accuracy ±0.018mm, Automatic Detection Of Tool Diameter, Broken Tool, Drilling After The Hole, Completely Eliminate Slot Skew, Leakage Hole

3.  Copper Plating Automatic Copper Plating Equipment, 70 Minutes Of Electrography, After Multiple Processes, Hole Copper, Surface Copper Thickness Far Exceeds The Industry Standard.

4. LDI Imaging: Circuit patterns are exposed and etched to the approved design. Published rigid PCB minimum trace width/spacing is 3/3 mil, as listed in the Rigid PCB Capability table. Copper weight and construction requirements are reviewed before production.

5.   AOI Checking : Make Sure All The Circuit In The Inner Side Are Good Quality,Without Short Or Opening Circuit. AOI Optical Detection, Eliminate All Hidden Quality Problems

6.   Soldering Mask Process Automatic Solder  Mask Resistance Printing, 80 Degree Temperature Baking, Ensure Solder Resistance Uniformity And Adhesion, Comprehensively Solve The Hole Ring Red Copper Exposure Risk.

7.  ( Silk Screen): Automatic Silk Screen On The PCB Boards, Which Is Very Clearly, The Tolerance Is +/-0.05mm：

8. Routing and CNC: Boards are profiled to the approved fabrication drawing. The published rigid PCB outline tolerance is ±0.15 mm in the Rigid PCB Capability table. Special profile requirements must be confirmed during engineering review.

9.    (PCB Testing) Automatic Electrical Test Or Flying Test For Every Boards Before Shipment To Make Sure All Boards Are Good, Then Delivery To Customers.
