How to calculate the PCB board price?

The size of 1 square meter plate is 1020mm * 1020mm
Suppose the estimated PCB board length is L and H. 1 m 2 substrate can produce this plate
Quantity is (1020 / L + 5) * (1020 / H + 5) =Z (i. e. typesetting quantity)
Unit price =X/Z

2 LFR-4 price per square meter (including processing fee): 430RMB
4 LFR-4 price per square meter (including processing fee): 720RMB

PCB quotation has sample plate and batch board quotation

The delivery period of an ordinary sample sees layer number and decides that a single side can a day, a double side is generally 3 days, multilayer is about a few days to 10 days.
The quotation is the single-side engineering cost of 150 yuan + 0.04 yuan / square centimeter + film fee + 0.05 yuan / square centimeter.
Double-side PCB engineering costs 250 yuan + board-making fee 0.05 yuan / square centimeter + film fee + 0.05 yuan / square centimeter.
Four-layer board engineering fee 600 yuan + board making fee 0.01 yuan / square centimeter + film fee + 0.05 yuan / square centimeter.
The difficulty of the plate depends, and some factories will also add the test fee. The test fee is generally 0.002 yuan/point
Allegro has a shorter delivery period. But it will add one more urgent board on the basis of the ordinary board. Shenzhen generally charges 200-400 yuan/class, four layers three days urgent is 600-1000 yuan/class. The sixth-floor three-day urgent amount is 800-1000 yuan/model
Batches are divided into small and large batches
The unit price of small plate quantities is much higher than that of large quantities. For example, a double-sided 1.6MM plate bulk is 450 yuan / square meter can be. Small batches of words that do not do 500 yuan/square above PCB processing plants will not be very willing to take orders to do so.
