1. Spacing between the components

When placing components, it is necessary to prevent the shapes of PCB board components from overlapping each other, and the two components are too close to each other. When there is enough gap between the components’ boundaries, the two components will not cause adverse reactions between the components. The spacing between discrete elements such as capacitance and resistance is at least 10 mil, where 30 mil is the better spacing.

Lead-free components should not be mixed with lead-free components. 4. Place large components evenly

6. Choose the drill bit

6 mil drilling is very small mechanical drilling, 18.5/8(18.5mil pad / 8 mil drilling is recommended due to BGA density).
